Lesson one – 28 day food plan
This is the basis of your first 28 day repair stage. Here you will be understanding the rational behind this stage, what you will be eating daily, the accountability, support and tracking your food. This is the fundamental basis of the whole program so it is really important you understand the food plan and print it off to keep it somewhere safe.
